When you have submitted your form and completed payment you will receive an email confirming your order. Please check that all the details you have entered are correct – they are incredibly important! We will log your order, check the details and put it in Santa’s pile for writing.
When your letter has been dispatched in December (on the date you have chosen in your order) you will receive an email to let you know it’s on the way.
What makes the letters so special?
Every year the letters contain new stories and insights from the North Pole. Santa writes to children telling them about the preparation and excitement the Claus’s and their helpers are undergoing in the build-up to Christmas (chaos and hilarity in equal measure). And, of course, being Santa each letter is also sprinkled with special details about the child that only he would magically know. Santa always writes about different things to each child in a family. There is no chance a family will get the same repeated letter. All letters are hand signed by Santa, sealed with the official North Pole stamp and sent off with local posties to arrive in children’s letter boxes just before Christmas. Every single letter is made with the upmost of care, attention to detail and integrity.
