Important delivery information
We do not guarantee the arrival of our Santa Letters, unless you request registered mail (Available only in Australia).
All orders received by the 26th November, 2010 will be dispatched from the North Pole by the 30th November. We have trained some very fast reindeers who will fly your letter to your local post office as fast as possible, and then we hand it over to your local postman to deliver to you.
Make sure that you place your order by the deadlines below to ensure your letter arrives in plenty of time! Letters received after the 26th November will be on their way to you within 72 hours.
